• Gute Kenntnisse in E-Commerce, digitalen Medien und Online-Marketing.

We are looking for you to support our team as a project manager in the field of e-commerce.

The position

Do you think of projects not only in terms of tasks, but as an opportunity for the customer?

In this role, you not only shape the implementation of individual projects, but also actively help develop structures, processes, and strategies. You will coordinate e-commerce projects, improve processes, support the further development of our brand image, and get ideas rolling.

Main Tasks

• Business Development: You support our customers in exploiting the full potential of their systems by identifying added value, making it visible, and thinking ahead in a targeted manner.
• Analysis: Designing and planning our customers' requirements as a user story.
• Project coordination: Support in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of e-commerce projects.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with internal departments such as marketing, IT, and sales as well as external partners.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Analysis and reporting: Creating reports and analyses to assess project progress and identify optimization potential.
• Customer support: Support in the maintenance and further development of customer relationships.

What You Should Bring With You

• Education: Degree in business, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Experience in project management or process management, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of e-commerce, digital media, and online marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach to work.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Tools: Knowledge of MS Office, agile project management with Jira and Confluence an advantage.
