Key Tasks

• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Support the sales department in preparing offers and take responsibility for project planning
• Manage subcontractors and partners
• Coordinate, communicate, and agree with all relevant stakeholders
• Lead and motivate project teams in a matrix organization
• Ensure the success of projects in terms of time, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage strategic, complex, international projects for the implementation of country-wide ATM systems

Key Qualifications

• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) and experience in setting up and leading project organizations
• Ideally, experience in the aviation sector
• Business fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage
• Several years of experience managing complex, international customer projects; a degree in business administration or technical studies is preferred
