As a Project Manager (m / f / d) for AGV / AMR projects, you'll take responsibility for robot-assisted intralogistics solutions – from the initial idea to successful customer handover.
Your playing field / Responsibilities :
- Lead complex automation projects from concept development through implementation to completion at the customer site
- Plan and coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines – always keeping the big picture in mind
- Conduct technical coordination with internal teams and external partners, managing suppliers and service providers
- Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions
- Present project results convincingly – both internally and externally
- Oversee commissioning and ensure a smooth handover to the customer
You’ll also contribute by :
- Supporting the creation of technical proposals and project cost estimates
- Helping to develop internal project management standards
- Sharing your knowledge in workshops, training sessions, and customer meetings
- Bringing your market insights from trade fairs and collaboration with the product development team
What you bring :
- A technical degree or equivalent training – e.g., in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
- Experience managing complex projects, ideally with a focus on AGV / AMR or intralogistics systems
- Technical understanding, assertiveness, and a structured working style
- Strong communication skills in German and English – and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
