  • Help establish and maintain strong relationships across the German energy sector, including TSOs, DSOs, and suppliers.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • 5–10 years of project management experience in the energy, power systems, or heavy electrical infrastructure sector.
  • Background in transformer systems, substations, or high-voltage equipment installation.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site, with an emphasis on safety and technical compliance.
  • Fluent in German ( or near- proficiency required); proficient in English for internal coordination.

  • Ability to translate and localize technical documentation and support alignment between global and local project standards.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment, supported by a broader international organization.
