Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing (Germany – Remote)

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be the central coordinator for complex, cross-functional automation and digital transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading multi-disciplinary teams across automation, IT-OT integration, data science, and manufacturing
2. Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations
4. Coordinating with global client stakeholders from shop floor to executive level
5. Overseeing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance
6. Driving value realization for clients by achieving measurable improvements in KPIs such as OEE, yield, and downtime reduction

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience delivering industrial automation or digital transformation projects
• Strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs in manufacturing environments
• Experience working with automation, IoT / OT technologies, and manufacturing systems
• International, multi-site project experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 / 5.0 concepts is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
