Übersicht

The primary role for this position is to ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and that the project's objectives are met. The secondary function will be to support pre-sales technical support of company products.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Create and implement project plan and execution.
• Encourage contributions and input from team members on the project.
• Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relation to production cost and expenses.
• Determine the appropriate time to make advancements on projects and move on to further stages.
• Acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement changes of plans.
• Carry out constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is advantageous.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Industrial Gases including rotating equipment.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Exhibit good leadership skills by carrying everyone along without bias.
• Be highly focused in order to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges.
• Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
• Good crisis management skills to handle pressure from project challenges.
