Position Summary

PKS-1P JV LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager to provide services in Kaiserslautern Military Community, Germany. We are looking for qualified candidates interested in being included in our proposal.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, facilitate, and oversee analysis and planning across multiple project types and client sectors.
• Develop and communicate solutions to complex problems through analysis.
• Manage client relationships and oversee program performance.
• Propose creative solutions that improve client performance and demonstrate thought leadership.
• Serve as an industry expert, providing insights to clients and colleagues.
• Offer deep SME experience on complex or high-profile projects.
• Develop project budgets and conduct negotiations.
• Review and approve all contracts.

Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in architecture or engineering.
• Fifteen (15) years of experience in healthcare architecture/engineering, preferably in the federal sector.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based work, involving walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items up to 35 pounds.
• Light travel may be required.
• Proficiency with office machinery and Microsoft software.
• Work hours are mainly 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend or holiday work to meet deadlines.
