Job summary

AUCOTEC India invites engineers to join our growing team in Hannover to lead technical projects and deliver IT solutions for customers worldwide. You will manage projects, plan resources, and advise clients on workflow and implementation.

The role requires at least 2 years in PM roles, experience with complex software deployments, and strong English skills. We offer diverse projects, collaborative teams, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• University degree or technical training in electrical engineering or process engineering.
• At least 2 years of project management or sub-project management experience.
• Experience introducing complex technical software as PM/consultant with direct customer contact.
• VBA or .Net programming experience is desirable.
• Ability to organize international teams.
• Systematic and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Technical management in projects for implementing and developing IT solutions.
• Create project schedules with resource planning and cost estimation.
• Advise customers on the use and workflow of our products.
• Understand customer problems and develop efficient solutions with our products.
• Develop concepts for the implementation of our IT solutions.
• Process service orders on site at customer premises (consulting, customizing, training).
• Maintain technical knowledge of supported solutions across departments and borders.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through competent, solution-oriented consulting.

Your Areas Of Responsibility

• Technical management in projects for the implementation and development of our IT solutions
• The creation of project schedules with resource planning and cost estimation for the implementation projects
• Advising customers on the use and workflow of our products
• Good understanding of customer problems and efficient development of solutions with our products
• Development of concepts for the implementation of our IT solutions
• Independent processing of service orders on site at the customer's premises (consulting, customizing, customer-specific training)
• Technical knowledge of the supported customer solutions in the company including its communication across department, company and country borders
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting

Your Profile

• A university degree or electrical engineering or process engineering training
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a project manager or sub-project manager
• Experience involving the introduction of complex technical software (e.g. SAP, CAE, E-CAD, control technology...) as project manager or consultant and in direct contact with customers
• VBA or .Net programming experience is desirable
• Capacity for the goal-oriented organization of company-wide, international teams
• A systematic and analytical approach

• Very good command of written and spoken English
