AUCOTEC AG is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. You will manage international teams and coordinate stakeholders across departments and borders, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in engineering, 5+ years in technical software implementations, and strong communication skills in English.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing complex, technical software as a project manager and in direct customer contact.
• Ability to organize international teams company-wide.

Your Areas Of Responsibility

• Project management of the IT- implementation projects for AUCOTEC AG's key customers from Kick-Off to Go-Live using standard project management methods including
  • The creation of project schedules with resource planning and cost estimation for the implementation projects
  • Technical management of project teams, consisting of a subproject manager and consultant
  • Participation in project implementation
  • Change, risk and escalation management
  • Controlling the project budget
• Further development of the PMO and the methods and tools used
• Reporting the project status to the director of Professional Services
• Stakeholder communication across department, company and country boundaries
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting

Your Profile

• A completed university degree or electrical engineering or process engineering training
• At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of complex, technical software (e.g. SAP, CAE, E-CAD, control technology, etc.) as project manager and in direct customer contact
• Capacity for the goal-oriented organization of company-wide, international teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to cope with pressure
• A systematic and analytical approach
• A safe, goal-oriented demeanour and on schedule work in a team
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken
