Zusammenfassung

Rise Technical is seeking a Technical Project Manager with an electrical, mechanical or construction background to own projects from offer to handover. You will coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams while ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.

The role includes on-site oversight, validation of planning and certification documents, and ensuring HSE compliance. A hybrid work setup with some travel across Germany is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Technical Project Management experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, installation or similar.
• Fluent German (C1) with working English (B2+)
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to site.

Are you a Technical Project Manager from an electrical, mechanical or construction background looking for a role where you can take full operational ownership from offer stage through to handover? Do you want to join a growing technical services business where you will be trusted to make day-to-day decisions and drive projects to successful completion?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established employer where you will take responsibility for planning and delivering technical projects, working closely with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal specialist teams to deliver on time and within budget.

This company is continuing to grow and is recruiting due to increased project demand. With a lean project team, you will have real ownership from day one, getting involved in live projects straight away (training is available, but they need someone who can hit the ground running).

In this role you will coordinate project activity on site, oversee construction and certification, manage acceptance with the customer, and validate technical documentation (including planning and certification/approval documentation). You will also ensure compliance with HSE and environmental requirements, maintaining clear project reporting and document control throughout.

This role would suit a Technical Project Manager with experience delivering complex technical projects, strong German, and the drive to take responsibility and develop their expertise in a stable, growing business.

The Role:

• End-to-end project management from offer preparation to successful completion and handover
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth delivery
• Validate technical documentation (planning documents, certification and approval documentation) and manage reporting
• Oversee site activity, construction/certification support and customer acceptance
• Hybrid model (typically 2 days home office) with flexible core hours; site travel across Germany as required

The Person:
