Zusammenfassung

KM Lynskey Europe in Frankfurt seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fit-out projects across Northern Europe, from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality. You will develop programmes, manage budgets, coordinate design with clients and consultants, lead site teams and drive projects to successful commissioning.

Travel across Europe is required. Minimum 8 years' construction experience, including 5 years as PM; degrees in Construction

• Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and interior fit-out.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

We specialise in drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring and complete interior fit-out packages for some of Europe's largest data centre developments.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our European Operations team based in Frankfurt, Germany.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Northern Europe.
