GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fast-track fit-out and MEP projects across Dublin, Frankfurt and the Netherlands. You will coordinate multiple trades, manage programmes, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships in a deadline-driven environment.

This role offers genuine international exposure, from mobilisation through handover, with regular travel between sites.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering fit-out and/or MEP projects.
• Experience managing fast-track, deadline-driven programmes within a demanding environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexibly across Dublin, Frankfurt and the Netherlands.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent English essential; German or Dutch language skills would be an advantage.
• Immediately available or on short notice preferred, given the urgency of this requirement.

With an expanding project pipeline across Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands, the business is investing in its project delivery team on an urgent basis, creating an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join at a pivotal stage of international growth.

You will join a high-performing project delivery team, working across a portfolio of fast-track fit-out and MEP projects in Dublin, Frankfurt and the Netherlands. These projects are typically deadline-driven and technically demanding, requiring close coordination across multiple trades and disciplines within compressed programmes.

The role offers broad exposure to the full delivery lifecycle, from mobilisation and programme planning through to handover, working closely with clients, design teams and subcontractors across each location.
