As a Project Manager, you will take charge of the full project lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring the timely delivery of solar energy projects across Northern and Eastern Germany.

Day to Day:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of large-scale PV systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Navigate German regulatory frameworks and secure permits for solar and energy storage projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and external partners.
