Payroll Project Manager

The role is located on the outskirts of Frankfurt!

Position Overview:

The Project Manager for Payroll (m/f/x) is responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and execution of SAP HR Payroll projects for our client. This position requires strong analytical abilities to collaborate with cross-functional divisions across the organization to define business requirements. We are seeking a candidate with experience in project management within the HR field, ideally with a focus on payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of HR payroll projects.
• Manage and guide project scope, budgets, and timelines to meet goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans.
• Track project tasks and resources using relevant tools.
• Collaborate with various functional teams to develop requirement statements.
• Regularly track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with business units, IT departments, and Magna suppliers.
• Provide ongoing support to the project team.
• Implement and manage changes throughout the project to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project or Asana is a plus.
• Knowledge of time management and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with SAP HR is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
• Effective team communication skills.
• Understanding of HR processes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to management and key stakeholders.
