About the Role

The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator, organized problem solver, efficient decision maker, well-versed in administrative project management tasks, a good team player, and an inspiring leader.

This role involves managing or supporting the delivery of projects with highly talented teams. You should be business-minded, customer-focused, with a passion for the web and online media.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Manage and support activities on assigned projects, including delivery, productivity, and quality of a global community of workers.
  2. Create and distribute weekly status reports with detailed analysis of customer reports or data. Ensure tools, techniques, and knowledge are leveraged across projects.
  3. Identify and address issues promptly by determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Provide feedback on schedule, scope, or requirement changes, assessing impacts and managing resolutions proactively.
  5. Write detailed project documentation such as plans, process documents, schedules, and reports clearly and concisely.
  6. Offer feedback on process improvements to stakeholders.
  7. Participate in month-end billing cycles and reviews.
  8. Liaise with internal functions (Sourcing, Community, Quality, Payments, Business Support, Compliance) to ensure project delivery.
  9. Innovate to improve quality, participation, and productivity.
  10. Communicate effectively with customer teams; participate in program reviews and quarterly business reviews as needed.
  11. Manage communication channels; provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.
  12. Maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  13. Coordinate with the Global Program Manager to ensure customer deliverables are met.

Skills & Experience :

  1. Over 3 years of project management experience in a multinational tech environment.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing management role.
  3. Current or deep knowledge of AI concepts and tools.
  4. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
  5. Proficient in web content areas (portals, search engines, shopping).
  6. Ability to conduct in-depth online research.
  7. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  8. Experience managing global programs is advantageous.
  9. Experience in Search Relevance or related fields is advantageous.
  10. Ability to handle proprietary information professionally and confidentially.
  11. Experience with MySQL/Databases is advantageous.
