Alpha Variance Solutions (AVS) is expanding our international team! We’re looking for a Project Manager who is fluent in German and English and has hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (F&O and / or Business Central) implementations.

If you're an organized, proactive communicator who thrives in complex ERP environments—and you believe in consistency, transparency, and delivering real value—we’d love to talk.

What You'll Do :

• Lead end-to-end D365 ERP implementation projects (Finance & Operations or Business Central)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams across regions
• Drive risk management, reporting, UAT, training, and go-live coordination
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction while delivering projects on-time and on-budget

What You Bring :

Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)

5+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years with Microsoft D365 ERP

Expertise in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Experience working with global teams

PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft certifications a plus
