The Power Transmission Project Operations section is responsible for executing turnkey and offshore projects within the business group. The Project Manager is the operational head of a specific project, organized within the Projects section, and is responsible for one or more projects. The first level of escalation for the Project Manager is the Project Director or an appointed management representative for supervision. The formal head above the Project Manager is the leader of the steering committee.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall management of assigned projects: Ensure projects are executed in line with the mandate, contract requirements, client expectations, and internal standards (QHSER, sales, cost, margin, cash, time, phasing).
2. Utilize the Project Model and internal procedures effectively, including profitability requirements.
3. Manage geographically dispersed project teams.
4. Ensure proper use of tools, processes, and procedures for project execution.
5. Coordinate resources within the team and with other departments to meet requirements and obligations.

Tender Process Assistance:

• Provide input related to project management for tenders upon request.
• Participate temporarily in tender teams if required.
• Contribute to DICs / IDCs / risk assessments.

Project Execution:

• Aim for optimal project execution according to the Project Model, managing risks and opportunities.
• Organize and lead the project to foster cooperation among involved units and team members.
• Use resources effectively to meet internal and external requirements, prioritizing people management.
• Oversee intercompany agreements and sub-contracts.
