• Kenntnisse im Bereich Telekommunikation und Zahlungsindustrie.

Jobbeschreibung

1. Effective management of projects on budget, quality and time, as well as the handover of implemented projects to the service operations team
2. Manage scope definition and estimation phase of customer project and create customer documentation, based on input from all internal stakeholders, acceptance criteria and execute the project
3. Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
4. Create cost estimation and pre-sales support for potential projects
5. Project execution to contract fulfillment, including triggering of invoices and milestone payments
6. Close collaboration with Sales Managers, Solution Architects and Customer Service Managers in Sales, as well as the Professional Services team
7. University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
8. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry
9. Market knowledge of Telecommunication, Payment industry and/or OEM (Mobile devices)
10. Management and leadership skills
11. Fluent written and spoken English
12. Preferably you bring a PMI / PRINCE 2 certification and/or a ITIL v3 foundation certification
