Summary

We are looking for a "Project Management Officer Eurofighter (f/m/d)" for the "Eurofighter Radar" unit at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Eurofighter combat aircraft is the most complex defense project in Europe. Multinational teams of aviation and electronics experts are constantly working to ensure that the aircraft continues to expand its technological leadership. For the development of a new radar, we have taken the lead in an international consortium and responsibility for system design.

Your Tasks

• Development of networked project plans/integrated flow plans in cooperation with the project manager (project structure WBS, quantity structure, schedule, resource distribution, dependencies, Rolling wave planning, ensuring evaluability)
• Design of planning hierarchies and architectures in projects with increasing complexity, involving subprojects and consortium partners in project planning
• Preparation of evaluations, monitoring of adherence to the planning, as well as proposal and introduction of corrective measures in the event of deviation from the target/actual in agreement with the assigned program/project manager
• Control of costs in consultation with Finance & controlling and the assigned program/project manager
• Conception, specification and programming of tools for data management and evaluations to create transparency and efficiency efficiency of the tasks in PMO
• Support operational excellence and support initiatives for the introduction of SAP 4 HANA
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed studies in project management, engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable
• Experience in project management, practical experience in project planning, monitoring & controlling (PMP or comparable certification advantageous)
• Confident handling of MS Project / EPM MUST and SAP
• Programming knowledge Visual Basic, programming of Excel-based macros advantageous
• Clear and efficient presentation, communication and persuasive skills
• Structured, goal-oriented, analytical and flexible way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish advantageous
