Qualifikationen

In the PMO, I pull all the strings and ensure the consistent implementation of the digital transformation by structuring activities and taking responsibility for the roadmap.

My responsibilities:

• Monitoring of transformation activities and ensuring the achievement of OKRs,
• Internal and external stakeholder management,
• Management of risks and dependencies,
• Development and maintenance of a transparent reporting,
• Use of modern project management tools and approaches to ensure effective collaboration,
• Organization and moderation of meetings,
• Organization and allocation of relevant resources.

My profile:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, or similar studies,
• At least 5 years of experience in project management with extensive knowledge of setting up and leading a PMO in an agile environment,
• Proven track record of delivering successful agile transformations with a focus on strategic alignment and operational excellence,
• Proven knowledge of best practices and methodology,
• Languages: English (C1), German is a big plus.
