Neura Robotics is seeking a PMO/Portfolio Lead to manage multiple projects with evolving priorities and complex dependencies. You will drive portfolio planning, resource coordination, and KPI-based reporting to leadership.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on goals and timelines, while advancing PMO processes and standards in a dynamic robotics environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage the project portfolio across multiple parallel projects with changing priorities and complex dependencies.

• You create and maintain portfolio planning, including prioritization and resource allocation.

• You track project progress based on defined KPIs and prepare status reports for management.

• You coordinate stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Operations, and other functions, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.

• You drive Project Managers to proactively report risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, support the development of mitigation measures, and support portfolio management and overall PMO activities to create transparency for decision‑making.

• You continuously develop and improve our PMO processes, templates, and standards.

Your Profile

Must-have

• Several years of experience in project management, program management, or PMO, ideally in a fast‑paced tech or scale‑up environment

• Proven experience managing project portfolios with multiple parallel projects, changing priorities, and complex dependencies

• Strong skills in portfolio planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and project performance tracking

• Experience working cross‑functionally with stakeholders from Engineering, Product, Operations, and other areas

• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, drive mitigation measures, and create transparency for management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, combined with a hands‑on mentality and the ability to create structure in a highly dynamic environment

• Fluent English

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management tools

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) as well as traditional and hybrid project management

• Experience in a hardware, robotics, or deep‑tech environment
