Zusammenfassung

Central Group seeks an experienced PMO Leader to define and govern the enterprise PMO across Digital, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure programs. You will drive portfolio prioritization, data-driven decision making, and executive reporting to ensure value realization and delivery excellence.

The role requires a decade of Program/Portfolio Management experience, ERP transformation leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• At least ten years in Program/Portfolio Management.
• Proven experience leading ERP / Digital transformation programs.
• Strong financial acumen (budget, ROI, cost control).
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software (Monday is a plus).

Job Purposes

Lead enterprise PMO to drive portfolio governance, value realization, and delivery excellence across Digital, ERP (SAP), Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure programs at CPN. The PMO plays a central role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and governance of projects within the organization. This position involves establishing and maintaining project management standards, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, and providing support to project managers and teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. PMO Strategy & Governance Leadership

• Own and define enterprise-wide PMO strategy, governance framework, and operating model aligned with CPN strategic priorities
• Drive PMO maturity, standardization, and best practices and industry standards
• Ensure consistent tracking standards across all projects and validate data integrity

2. Portfolio Management & Value Realization

• Drive portfolio prioritization based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment
• Influence prioritization decisions using data-driven insights (risk, value, resource constraints)
• Provide consolidated portfolio visibility across delivery, financials, and risks to support executive decision-making
• Ensure linkage between project execution and business value realization

3. Financial Governance & Performance Control

• Establish and enforce financial tracking discipline across portfolios (budget vs. actual, forecast, value tracking)
• Perform portfolio-level variance analysis and highlight financial risks
• Support budget forecasting and recommend corrective actions to optimize Capex/Opex utilization

4. Risk & Escalation Management

• Define and implement enterprise risk escalation framework and governance thresholds (including cyber, compliance, operational risks)
• Lead resolution of critical cross-program risks, including executive-level escalation
• Facilitate timely escalation with structured, decision-ready recommendations

5. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Lead SteerCo / ExCo reporting with integrated dashboards (financials, risks, milestones, KPIs)
• Provide actionable insights on project performance (trends, deviations, KPI risks)
• Enable clear, fact-based communication to support senior stakeholder alignment and decision-making

6. Program Oversight & Delivery Excellence

• Oversee large-scale transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, digital platforms, cybersecurity uplift)
• Ensure delivery consistency, governance compliance, and cross-program alignment
• Optimize cross-project resource allocation and vendor utilization 7. PMO Capability, Tools & Data Transformation
• Develop PM capability across the organization through coaching, standards, and continuous improvement
• Drive data-driven PMO through integrated tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Jira, MS Project)
• Improve reporting frameworks and drive tool adoption for real-time visibility and decision support
