Vantage Towers in Germany is seeking an experienced Delivery & Acquisition professional to lead regional mast and rooftop rollout projects, manage budgets and timelines, and drive process improvements.

You will coordinate with deployment managers and suppliers, apply innovative workflows, and provide leadership to cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong focus on cost control, stakeholder alignment, and KPI achievement.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in business engineering, telecommunications, business administration or comparable qualification.
• Several years in cost and project management with functional team leadership.
• Extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure, deployment processes and workflow design.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office; deployment databases and workflow tech experience; Salesforce/TIMS a plus.

Our Delivery & Acquisition team in the Southwest region drives the end-to-end planning, execution, and regional rollout of mast and rooftop sites. We ensure seamless multi-project coordination, performance tracking, and process optimization from initial planning to final site handover.

Your Responsibilities:

• Rollout Steering & Multi-Project Management: You manage regional rollout targets for mast and rooftop sites across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines, while defining implementation plans and rollout phases.
• Performance Tracking & Process Optimization: You oversee milestone tracking across tools and databases, developing and optimizing rollout workflows to ensure continuous deployment efficiency.
• Resource & Budget Control: You proactively generate infrastructure expansion ideas and deliver rollout volumes within designated budgets, taking swift corrective action in case of deviations.
• Stakeholder Management & Alignment: You lead regular alignment meetings with deployment project managers and suppliers while engaging senior management and clients to secure project targets and KPIs.
• Operational Leadership & Innovation: You provide functional leadership to project teams and drive the application of innovative technologies and streamlined workflows.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Completed university degree in business engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in cost and project management, including functional team leadership, as well as extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure, deployment processes, and workflow design.
• Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in standard IT user tools (MS Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) alongside experience in deployment database tools and modern workflow technologies; knowledge of Salesforce/TIMS platforms is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, proactive stakeholder management skills, and a structured, goal-oriented approach to process optimization and budget adherence.
• Language Proficiency: Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Germany.
