Tasks
Holistic project management across all project phases - from initiation to completion
Establishing, leading and supporting interdisciplinary project teams and defining efficient project organizations
Ongoing coordination with stakeholders and regular reporting of project status to management
Identifying, assessing and managing project risks and opportunities, both internally and externally
Recording, analyzing and integrating the requirements of internal customers and support areas
Ensuring effective coordination with partners and suppliers
Continuous integration of lessons learned to optimize future projects
Development and implementation of strategic project plans to achieve long-term corporate goals
Requirements
Completed studies in engineering, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable technical degree program
First professional experience in the field of IT / information systems and project management
Basic knowledge of risk management
Detailed user knowledge with MS Project and MS Visio as well as confident handling of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
German at native speaker level (C2) and business fluent in English (min. B2)
Valid and unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa) is mandatory
