A Snapshot of Your Day
Being in the core team of a global project execution team, you are representing the project in the country of erection. You implement projects with passion and are a reliable partner to our internal and external customers. You are a committed team player and are convinced that only a successful team can turn a project into success.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will play a key role in the global execution core team
- You will be responsible for the success of the project and the project results (time, quality and financials)
- You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team
- You will represent the project vis-à-vis multiple customers
- You will share your experience with entire project management team and help to improve our business above and beyond the project view
- You will plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, including: organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
- You will monitor and make the reports on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
- You will ensure consistency on internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
- You will identify/resolve the obstacles to completing project on time and to budget (may include balancing multiple and interrelated projects, such as business transformation projects)
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering sciences, natural science or management degree
- Proven experience in project management in GT/CCPP or comparable projects, with a comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual context
- Additional experience in turnkey projects is appreciated
- Experience in managing teams
- A Project Management Certification Degree (PM@Siemens or IPMA)
- Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German language is appreciated, additional language knowledges are of advantage
- Structured and result driven approach to tasks
- Distinct entrepreneurial capabilities
- Strong communication skills, independent work ethic and strong team player capabilities
