Tasks
- Project management support – assisting in the planning and execution of projects to ensure that time, scope, cost and quality objectives are met
- Project team and organizational set-up – defining and promoting the project team and project organization, including collaboration with employees from different functions in a matrix organization
- Stakeholder management – active coordination and communication with stakeholders to manage their expectations and ensure project success
- Creation of communication and change management plans – support in the development and implementation of communication and change management strategies to ensure the success of the project
- Consulting and performance management – advice on setting up and implementing performance management systems to drive efficiency and improve performance
- Digital tools and process improvement – supporting the use of digital tools to improve the structure, governance and continuous improvement of the project
- Sustainable monitoring – development and implementation of a sustainable monitoring system to regularly review and ensure the successful implementation of all project phases
Requirements
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, international management or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and project management
- Basic knowledge of change management
- Business fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Valid work permit for the EU
- Willingness to travel two to three times a year within Europe
