Own the Future, become a part of the team and join our European HQ in Schwaig (near Munich Airport), as: Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)

This position will support the project management and customer interface activities for our European OEM accounts for the Motorcycle Powertrain division. This position comes with the potential to be the Project Manager in the future.

Your Core Responsibilities Include
  • Support project managers with timeline monitoring, risk alerts, and milestone tracking
  • Act as liaison between internal R&D teams and European OEM customers
  • Handle documentation such as quotations, POs, invoices, approval sheets, and technical drawings
  • Maintain accurate records of project status and ensure traceable data management
  • Coordinate with internal departments and group companies (Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, etc.)
  • Support customer interactions throughout all phases of the project
  • Assist the Japanese quality team with tracking issues, preparing reports, and documentation support
  • Prepare and review materials for project meetings, including minutes and follow-ups
Profile And Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory)
  • Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data-base and programming tools such as Power Automate
  • Interest in technical topics and ideally the motorcycle industry
  • Proactive and independent mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
