Job summary

ZEISS Group in Baden-Württemberg sucht eine erfahrene Fach- oder Führungsposition im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, um anspruchsvolle Sicherheitsziele zu realisieren und komplexe Projekte zu steuern. Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen zusammen, integrieren Ressourcen, erstellen Projektpläne und liefern regelmäßige Berichte an das Management.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Security sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik (idealer Schwerpunkt Cyber Security bzw. IT-Security), Industrieingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Fachs abgeschlossen.
• Sie haben mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in einem Produktionsunternehmen.
• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, vorzugsweise im IT- oder Sicherheitsbereich. Sie besitzen exzellente, praktisch nachweisbare Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und im Multi-Project-Management.
• Sie sind motiviert, zur Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Sicherheitsziele beizutragen und sich in relevante Fachgebiete einzuarbeiten.
• Sie zeigen eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise, analytische Denkfähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
• Sie weisen eine unternehmerische Denkweise, eine hohe Arbeitsmoral und eine proaktive Vorgehensweise auf. Außerordentliche Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sind unerlässlich.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Responsibilities

• Anforderungen erheben und strukturieren und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen professionelle Lösungen entwickeln.
• Sicherheitsprojekte leiten und koordinieren; dies gilt sowohl für spezifische Sicherheitsdomänen als auch für bereichsübergreifende Projekte.
• Interne und externe Ressourcen in Projekte integrieren und die Arbeitsaktivitäten koordinieren.
• Projektpläne erstellen und Termine und Kosten nachverfolgen; Zwischenresultate überwachen und notwendige Korrekturmaßnahmen einleiten.
• Fachliche Führung der dem Projekt zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden.
• Projektfortschritt sicherstellen und regelmäßige, strukturierte Berichte an das Management liefern.
• Aktiv an Priorisierung von Projekten und Ressourcen im Rahmen des Projektportfolios mitarbeiten.

• Gather and structure requirements, and develop professional solutions in close collaboration with specialists.
• Lead and coordinate security projects, ensuring their targeted execution; this applies to both specific security domains and cross-functional projects.
• Integrate internal and external resources into projects and coordinate work activities.
• Create project plans, and track and take responsibility for schedules and costs; monitor interim results and initiate necessary corrective measures.
• Provide functional leadership to staff assigned to the projects.
• Ensure project progress and provide regular, structured reports to management.
• Actively participate in prioritizing projects and resources within the framework of project portfolio management.

Profil

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (ideally specializing in Cyber Security or IT Security), Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have at least five years of professional experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
• You have experience leading complex projects, preferably in the IT or security sector. You possess excellent, practically proven skills in project management and multi-project management.
• You are motivated to contribute to the implementation of demanding security objectives and to familiarize yourself with relevant specialist areas.
• You demonstrate a structured approach, analytical thinking skills, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.
