Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product lifecycle of turbine products
• Continuously improve series of ENERCON turbines, including qualification of new suppliers and after-sales support
• Manage and resolve operational issues from production, service, and regulatory authorities
• Develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams to address upcoming field issues
• Active project management including:
• Managing the project throughout its lifecycle
• Overseeing budget, risks, and issues with corrective actions
• Coordinating project dependencies and resources
• Managing product changes with the Product Change Manager
• Handling project issues with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Basic project management skills
• Understanding of organizational interrelationships
• Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
• End-to-end organizational thinking
• Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level
• Willingness to travel up to 60% or more
