Project Lead Colocation Infrastructure - Region West (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Are you eager to play a key role in shaping the interface to internal and external customers? Do you keep an overview and enjoy implementing projects independently? Join our team as a Project Lead Colocation - Region West (m/f/d). In this role, you will act as a contact person for our service providers and ensure the network expansion of the tower infrastructure.

Your challenges:

• Implement regional tower conversion projects, such as replacement sites.
• Ensure project schedules, deadlines, and resource planning are adhered to.
• Procure construction services and infrastructure components demand-orientedly.
• Monitor and accept construction and service work in terms of deadlines and quality until handover to the network operator.
• Maintain databases and report on project progress at individual locations.
• Comply with technical and legal regulations.

Your qualification:

• University degree (civil engineer, architect, or comparable) with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of deployment processes and workflows in related areas.
• Strong project management skills and comprehensive knowledge of telecommunication technology and infrastructure setup/reconstruction.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking; experience applying project management techniques.
• Fluent German and very good English skills (C1 CEFR).

You have the option to work full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week).
