Are you ready to drive health, safety, and environmental excellence in wind energy projects? Join Vestas as a Project HSE Manager and help us deliver safe and sustainable construction projects across Northern and Central Europe. You’ll collaborate with project teams, promote HSE best practices, and make a real impact on the green energy transition.

Construction HSE Management oversees the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental operations at Northern Central Europe onshore and offshore sites. Our dedicated team includes HSE managers, HSE Team Leads, and HSE professionals from both Vestas employees and external sub-contractors. We manage project-specific HSE tasks during the planning, preparation, and execution phases, such as liaising with internal and external stakeholders, advising and influencing the project team on HSE topics, daily HSE reporting on incidents and observations, communicating with the client and project team on HSE matters, promoting day-to-day HSE awareness and communication on site.
