Role descriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager to optimize our operations with a strong emphasis on Project Excellence. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Operations & Engineering. You will support strategic orientation of the entire supply chain, develop and implementing new projects and streamline processes.
Your MissionProject Excellence:- Independent management of projects to optimize production processes, structures and workflows
- Development, and continuous further development of project management standards and methods in close collaboration with centralized functions
- Managing interdisciplinary project teams in the production environment
Continuous Improvement & Standardisation- Conducting project evaluations and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement
- Moderation of workshops and training sessions on digital tools
- Reporting, status tracking and communication to stakeholders
Project management:- Collaborate closely with leadership, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure alignment on process improvements, efficiency targets, and strategic initiatives.
- Supporting plant management and production managers in the selection, prioritization and implementation of projects
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach to operational challenges.
- Strong digital capabilities, and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required.
