Qualifikationen

What you bring along:
  • Professional qualifications: A university degree in building technology, energy systems, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in technical building equipment (TGA) and project management experience.
  • Project management skills: Experience in coordinating projects independently.
  • Working style: Responsible, structured, and adaptable to a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
  • Technical know-how: Knowledge of AMEV 2020 or VDI 6041 is advantageous but not mandatory; we support your development.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English; French or Polish is a plus.
  • Tools: Good MS Office skills; familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, or Confluence is beneficial.
  • Mindset: Curious, eager to learn, and open to growth within a diverse corporate culture.
Your impact in this position:

As a Project Engineer (f/m/d), you will oversee complex customer projects throughout their lifecycle—from planning to optimization and support. Your role involves coordinating stakeholders, reconciling technical and strategic needs, and ensuring the efficient operation of sustainable buildings. You will be a technical contact and problem solver, developing innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our processes, tools, and products to make projects future-proof.
