Jobbeschreibung

Job Summary

Assist Project Managers in coordinating NPP projects, including liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff. Responsible for issuing documentation, managing project schedules, handling shipping requirements, invoicing, and supporting project delivery from order to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing the delivery of all NPP projects throughout their lifecycle, from order placement to delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, and handover.
  2. Coordinate externally with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and internally with departments such as Sales, FAE, Finance, Order Administration, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Operations.
  3. Operate within and aim to improve project performance metrics, including delivery margins, cost budgets, and timeliness.
  4. Collaborate with the Service Operations Department to coordinate engineering resources, ensuring efficient site work with costs appropriately charged to the project.
  5. Assist Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date project status reports.
  6. Participate in handover, kick-off, and progress meetings both internally and externally as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Engineering qualification, preferably electrical or equivalent experience.
  • Project management experience in an engineering environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interface effectively across departments and levels.
  • Flexible with multi-tasking capabilities.
