We at the Döhler Group are Digital First and launching our Digital Transformation Program for our various shop floors all over the globe.

We are looking for you to implement innovative visions of digital production together. We work in a highly dynamic way with short decision-making processes so that you can quickly try out your own ideas!

Your Role:

• You carry out global pilots in the field of digitization of production.
• After successful pilots you are responsible for the global rollout.
• You continuously look at possible new digital solutions on the market, develop scopes for pilots and create the corresponding business cases.
• With your communicative skills, you ensure that everyone involved is always well informed.
• You will work through successful pilots and projects together with our communications department.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or comparable.
• You have gained at least 1 year to several years of experience in the field of global digitization projects, or you find it very exciting.
• The terms AI, AR, VR, AGV, IIoT speak to you and pique your interest!
• You don't shy away from familiarizing yourself with completely new subject areas.
• You have good communication skills, English is a must and German is a nice to have.
• You possess good intercultural competence.
