Your Tasks

• Define and evaluate top-level requirements for wind turbine powertrain functions in collaboration with R&D, services, and sales departments.
• Track milestones and deliverables.
• Align timelines among stakeholders, agile teams, and suppliers; report progress.
• Create architectures and specifications for function implementation and testing.
• Coordinate software development with internal and external developers.
• Develop concepts for wind turbine powertrain functions with internal stakeholders and partners.

Your Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in control engineering and software development.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of power converters and electrical drivetrains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in Matlab Simulink.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Entitlement to 30 days of paid vacation annually.
