Bloom Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee industrial heating projects from concept to completion at our Düsseldorf office. You will coordinate with Sales, Design Engineering and Manufacturing to meet budgets, timelines, and scope while managing customer expectations and internal capabilities.
German and English language proficiency is essential. Responsibilities span scope definition, scheduling, BOM preparation, cost monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.

Located in our Dusseldorf office, the Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment, ensuring each project is completed on time, in budget, and within scope. This is achieved by working in concert with Sales, Design Engineering and the Manufacturing teams to managing the expectations of the customer in conjunction with understanding internal and external capabilities, resource availability, and execution of the projects. The Project Engineer must have the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting the expected gross margins and customer’s delivery schedule. The Project Manager must be able to identify constraints and offer constructive resolution to mitigate the risk of not achieving on time delivery.
