Our Client is a leading global real estate and infrastructure platform with a strong footprint across Europe, delivering high-spec data centres, mission critical builds, and industrial assets.

The business partners with hyperscale and enterprise clients to develop sustainable, scalable facilities in strategic markets, including Germany.

With a flat structure and agile delivery model, the company empowers technical leaders to drive end-to-end project execution across the full construction lifecycle

As a result of this growth, the firm is looking for a seasoned Project Director / Head of Delivery with proven experience managing the end-to-end construction lifecycle of mission-critical data centre developments.

This role is for a construction leader with a strategic mindset, technical fluency, and client-facing experience.

You’ll lead high-value, complex data centre projects from design finalisation and tendering through to commissioning, while owning budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee the full construction lifecycle of large-scale data centre developments
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams (internal & external), including consultants, GC, legal, commercial, and sustainability functions
• Take charge of final design coordination, tender evaluation, contracting, and site execution
• Act as client liaison during delivery, ensuring alignment, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Manage FIDIC (or equivalent) contract frameworks, change orders, risk and claims
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to global quality standards

Essential Requirements for this Role:

• 10+ years of project leadership experience in data centre or critical infrastructure construction
• Track record of full lifecycle project delivery in Germany or continental Europe
• Strong knowledge of contractual frameworks (FIDIC or similar)
• Excellent leadership, risk management, negotiation, and team coordination skills
• Able to operate autonomously, while integrating with high-performance regional teams
• Fluent English + proficiency in German is essential
