Opportunity for a senior level project development professional to join a leading renewable energy developer company as Project Development Director / Country Head.

Location : Remote, ideally in Munich or Frankfurt

Key Responsibilities :

Invest and develop potential greenfield project opportunities for solar and BESS projects.

Negotiate and build lasting relationships with landowners, investors and local authorities for lease or land acquisition

Team management and business strategy making

Ensure the success for the complete project development lifecycle

Be the face of the organisation in Germany, providing expertise on the renewable energy space

Requirements :

over 7- 8 years’ project development experience within the renewable energy industry

Strong track record of spotting areas for new projects; securing new business across detailed sales cycles

Leadership and management skills

Ability to communicate at all levels

Professional in German and English

Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive in approach to sales and project development
