A fast-growing, international renewable energy platform is seeking an experienced Project Developer (Wind) to help drive its pipeline expansion in Germany.

This is a rare opportunity to take a hands-on role in the development of utility-scale wind projects from origination through permitting. Working alongside a seasoned international team, you’ll be at the forefront of Germany's energy transition—bringing new projects to life and playing a central role in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and assess new wind development opportunities across Germany
• Manage project development from greenfield through permitting (zoning, environmental, grid connection, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, municipalities, and key stakeholders
• Oversee consultants and technical teams for studies, design, and permitting
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, engineering) to drive projects to investment-ready status
• Support M&A efforts through due diligence on development-stage opportunities

What we're looking for:

• 3–7+ years of experience in wind project development in Germany
• Strong knowledge of German permitting and regulatory frameworks
• Network of local stakeholders, consultants, and land agents
• Proven track record of moving projects through early to mid-stage development
• German and English fluency required
• Self-starter with a builder’s mindset and willingness to travel
