Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Development - Lead and manage the planning process for large-scale wind and PV projects.
• Permitting & Approvals - Handle the entire approval process, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Work with landowners, local authorities, environmental agencies, and other stakeholders to secure project approvals.
• Environmental & Technical Assessments - Coordinate environmental impact assessments, grid connection studies, and technical feasibility analyses.
• Contract Negotiation - Support negotiations for land leases, grid connections, and agreements with authorities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, finance, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Market & Policy Monitoring - Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry trends, and market developments.

The Roles

• Senior Developers: Experienced professionals with a strong track record in project planning, permitting, and stakeholder management for wind / PV projects in Germany. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and approval processes is essential.
• Junior Developers: Enthusiastic individuals with a background in renewable energy, planning, environmental studies, or related fields. Some experience in permitting or project development is beneficial but not required.
