Location: Bremen

Salary: Up to €100,000 – Depending on Experience.

📝Your responsibilities:

• Site identification and acquisition
• Comprehensive site analysis; including legal, technical, and environmental assessments
• Securing property rights and ownership
• Drafting and negotiating all project-related contracts
• Coordinating with authorities, experts, and partners to obtain building permits and ensure smooth project implementation

🔊Your Profile:

• Team fit and independent work are more important than titles or degrees.
• A degree in engineering, geography, or environmental management is helpful but not required.
• Experience with wind and solar PV projects is beneficial.
• Knowledge of:
  • Regional planning
  • Site planning
  • Nature conservation law
  • Contract drafting
• Proficiency with software such as Windpro, AutoCAD, QGIS, or PV-Sol is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with landowners and authorities.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and work flexible hours.
