Opportunity for a Project Manager to work with the Life Science Team in Germany. The Project Manager will lead technically challenging projects and be responsible for the delivery of project sections. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the contract, including Preconstruction, Design, Procurement, and Build, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policies. The Project Manager will also focus on delivering value and profit through effective project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project programmes, method statements, and submissions.
• Develop and maintain the contract programme, collaborating with the Estimating Department during bidding.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental plans, along with project resources, meet the project scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on major expenditure items.
• Lead start-up and production meetings, working with regional teams.
• Manage all project team functions, including risk management, financials, HSEQS, stakeholder relations, and project close-out.
• Oversee consultant and subcontractor design activities, including BIM strategy delivery.
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan.

Qualifications:

• Academic or professional qualifications in construction or related fields, ideally chartered.
• Certifications such as CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS.
• Knowledge of BBS, Root Cause Analysis, and relevant workshops.
• Experience with planning, temporary works, PEP, and contract management.
