Alstom in Berlin seeks a Project Cyber Security Manager to lead security initiatives for major rail projects. You will assess security needs, set objectives, and drive risk strategies across development lifecycles in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• University/Engineering degree required.
• Hands-on architecture, design and development experience.
• Cybersecurity experience and deployment of security technologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 2700X, EN62443, TS50701, NIS standards.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment.

Aufgaben

• Analyze project security needs and set security objectives and risk strategy.
• Plan security activities within the development life cycle, estimate costs and duration.
• Provide security input during technical design meetings.
• Manage QCD (quality, cost, delivery) of Cybersecurity work packages.
• Coordinate with auditors during external cybersecurity audits.

Your Future Role

Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our product line Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) answers worldwide mobility challenges for passengers and freight transportation through digitalisation. You'll report to Region Cybersecurity Leader DACH and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We'll look for you to :

• Analyze Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy
• Plan security activities within development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, their impacts related to project program execution, Identify training needs
• Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities
• Responsible of the QCD of its project/program Cybersecurity Work Package
• In case of external Cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors

• Dynamic, autonomous. Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment
