Alstom in Berlin seeks a Project Cyber Security Manager (f/m/d) to lead security efforts across a Berlin-based project portfolio. You will analyze security needs, shape the security strategy and coordinate with the regional cybersecurity team.

You will report to the Region Cybersecurity Leader DACH and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure delivery across lifecycle stages, complying with ISO2700X, EN62443 and other standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on architecture, design and development experience.
• Experience with cybersecurity and deployment of security tech.
• Knowledge of ISO2700X, EN62443, TS50701, NIS.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment.

Aufgaben

• Analyze security needs and objectives for the project/program.
• Plan security activities across the development lifecycle, estimate costs and duration.
• Provide security design support in technical meetings.
• Manage QCD for the Cybersecurity Work Package.
• Coordinate with auditors during external cybersecurity audits.

Project Cyber Security Manager (f/m/d) – Berlin

Your Future Role

Ernst‑Reuter‑Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our product line Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) answers worldwide mobility challenges for passengers and freight transportation through digitalisation. You'll report to the Region Cybersecurity Leader DACH and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Project / Program security needs (including laws and local regulations), determine security objectives and main security risks strategy
• Plan security activities within the development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, assess their impacts related to project program execution, identify training needs
• Provide support during technical design meetings for cybersecurity activities
• Responsible for the QCD of its project/program Cybersecurity Work Package
• In case of external cybersecurity audit, manage the relationship with auditors
