Tasks
Planning, management and coordination of projects with complex structures and cross-departmental interfaces
Supporting managers and teams through analyses, evaluations and derivations
Development and monitoring of key figures for process optimization and inventory control
Identifying and solving recurring technical and organizational problems to increase efficiency
Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the introduction of new methods, tools and digital technologies
Accompanying and implementing improvement projects for continuous process optimization
Operational support in the customer office (disposition, component availability management, master data maintenance)
Requirements
Completed studies in engineering or business administration
Several years of professional experience in project management and initial experience in supply chain/logistics
Experience in interdisciplinary stakeholder management as well as in reporting and evaluation
Initial experience in customer service desirable
Proficient in MS Office and in-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
Business fluent in German and English (min. C1)
Existing, unrestricted work permit for the European Union mandatory
