Your Impact
  • Reporting & Documentation: Recording, organizing, and managing progress reports; supporting the creation of presentations for the construction site, project, and management.
  • Meetings & Communication: Participating in meetings, taking minutes, following up on actions, coordinating translations, and correspondence with internal and external contacts.
  • Onboarding & Support: Organizing site inductions for new employees and providing administrative support during their assignment.
  • On-site Personnel Management: Tracking working hours, maintaining attendance lists, updating personnel data, and reporting to relevant departments.
  • Office & Site Organization: Managing office spaces, materials, vehicle fleet, accommodations, and ensuring supply of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Organizing business trips, transports, and parcel shipments for staff and visitors in coordination with mobility and project teams.
Your Qualifications
  • Completed training in a commercial field
  • Experience in a commercial environment is desirable
  • Willingness to work on-site at the construction location
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Participation and development of our HSE culture on construction sites
  • Class B driving license + private vehicle
  • Fluent German and good English skills
