Qualifikationen

• Masterabschluss erforderlich, Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und SCRUM von Vorteil.
• Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch oder Englisch, Teamplayer mit starken interpersonellen Fähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung der Landwirtschaft und Gestaltung der Datenlandschaft.
• Moderation von Meetings und Workshops sowie Erstellung von Statusberichten für das Steering Committee.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team and support us in driving the digitalization of agriculture and shaping our data landscape.
• As part of the Project Management Office team, you will support internal and external partners in achieving their goals within the data strategy.
• You will be involved in building reporting and controlling systems, setting up communication guidelines as well as relevant templates and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Moreover, you will drive agile work processes (using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.) in our team and work closely with your colleagues.
• You will create transparency about internal and external projects and moderate relevant meetings and workshops.
• As part of the project management, you remove obstacles and communicate as well as develop agile methodologies within the team.
• Preparing and acting as editor for high quality delivery status updates with relevant content for the steering committee, is also in your scope.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in business or technical field.
• Professional experience in project management and with methods such as SCRUM or agile projects is an advantage.
• Experience in successful planning and execution of projects as well as in stakeholder management.
• Experienced in using agile organization tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) and document platforms.
• Communication skills in German and English (fluent in one language).
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
