Gulp Ag in Kiel seeks a senior project manager to lead complex development programs for security and defense applications. You will coordinate electrical, hardware and software teams and drive the project from requirements through design reviews to final delivery.

You will define detailed work packages, manage capacities, milestones and budgets, and ensure effective interfaces with related domains. Fluent German and English are required; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical project management or system development.
• Experience with DOORS, PDM systems, SAP, and MS Office.
• Strong initiative, goal-oriented organizational talent, and assertive communication.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

In this key position, you will assume holistic management of demanding technology projects and make a crucial contribution to the development of highly reliable system solutions for modern security and defense applications. Your responsibilities will include: overall organization and execution of complex development projects; interdisciplinary leadership of project teams in the areas of electrical engineering, hardware, and software development; specification of detailed work packages based on requirements specifications, as well as the creation of specifications and quantity schedules; technical preparation and execution of structured design reviews throughout the entire development cycle; continuous planning, management, and monitoring of capacities, milestones, and budgets; coordination of system commissioning and execution of formal acceptance processes; and close technical and organizational coordination with adjacent development areas and internal interfaces.

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, preferably electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sound professional experience in technical project management or system development
• Practical user knowledge of DOORS, common PDM systems, SAP and MS Office
• Strong initiative, goal-oriented organizational talent and assertive communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips during project phases
