Job summary

Gulp AG is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead defense programs in a security-critical, high-tech environment. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, coordinating schedules, resources, and cross-functional teams across national and international suppliers.

Responsibilities include detailed planning, risk assessment, change control, and proactive stakeholder communication. Fluent German and English are required for collaboration in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical studies in engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or a comparable qualification.
• Demonstrable practical experience in managing technical projects, ideally with PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Confident use of established project management and scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills with solution-oriented leadership.
• Fluent German and English for international collaboration.

• Oversee overall management and coordination of complex defense projects throughout their lifecycle.

• Provide technical support including engineering change management and risk assessments.

Your responsibilities will include the overall management and coordination of demanding projects throughout their entire lifecycle; the creation and ongoing monitoring of detailed project, schedule, and resource plans under dynamic conditions; technical support, including engineering change management, risk assessments, and comprehensive product documentation; the selection, evaluation, and management of national and international suppliers to ensure the highest quality and safety standards; the professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders; and the continuous identification of technical project risks and the targeted development of effective solution strategies.
